Cardio’n Sculpt   
 
These dynamic classes incorporate muscle conditioning while elevating & maintaining your heart rate to conditioning levels. This is an excellent combination class to firm and burn calories. ( Intermediate-Advanced)

TURBO KICK ®  

Turbo Kick® is a combination of intense kickboxing moves as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Turbo Kick® requires no previous kickboxing experience or equipment. You’ll have more fun doing Turbo Kick® than any other format.  Based on the most recent data collected, professionals have estimated that Turbo Kick® burns between 500 and 1000 calories per hour, with an average of 750 calories per hour! Bottom line, it’s a fun way to lose weight, blast fat, and change the way you look forever!

Step or Step ‘n Sculpt

Have fun on the step by challenging your mind and your body. Learn fun routines, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and increase your strength - all in the same class. Step routines may be augmented with focused sculpting exercises for a total body workout. ( Intermediate-Advanced)

 All of these strength classes focus on muscle conditioning, which is

 Experience yoga during the “ambrosial hours” of the early morning in
 sunrise yoga- many yogis consider this
 to be the sweetest time to practice. 
  Wellness Yoga is an oasis for folks with chronic back problems or other past
 injury.  The sequence of the class is designed to gently lengthen and strengthen your spine, increase core stability, and increase flexibility in your back, hips and legs.
