 new moves for your individual workout.   You know how to push yourself, so go for it. 
 Let your instructor know if you are new to a class, or about any injuries or mobility issues.--
 classes can be modified so you take it at your own pace AND HAVE FUN!!!

Have fun on the step by challenging your mind and your body. Learn fun routines, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and increase your strength - all in the same class. Step routines may be augmented with focused sculpting exercises for a total body workout. ( Intermediate-Advanced)

 All of these strength classes focus on muscle conditioning, which is

 Experience yoga during the “ambrosial hours” of the early morning in
 sunrise yoga- many yogis consider this
 to be the sweetest time to practice. 
  Wellness Yoga is an oasis for folks with chronic back problems or other past
 injury.  The sequence of the class is designed to gently lengthen and strengthen your spine, increase core stability, and increase flexibility in your back, hips and legs.
