elements is an inviting & comfortable 5000 Sq foot facility. When you join us you receive two 1 hour personal training sessions, access to all our group fitness classes ( held in our beautiful grand studio), smart card work out, cardio & free weight areas, and unlimited infrared sauna. We provide a roadmap to help you acheive your goals.
We work with our members to opitmize health benefits, so please ask about our health insurance partnerships.

Because we want to support women in their overall wellness we have 2 additional amenities. Infrared sauna is the latest technology allowing members to improve pain management including arthritis & fibromayalgia, burn 500-800 calories in an hour, detox toxins 10 times faster than a traditonal Sauna and improve seasonal depression. You can also enjoy affordable massage in our hydromassage room. Hydromassage relieves pain, increases circulation and reduces stress. Book an appointment and enjoy a 1/2 hour escape.
